Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of security personnel to ensure effective and efficient delivery of security services
  • Develop and implement security strategies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and provide guidance and support to security personnel
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop tailored security solutions
  • Investigate and report on security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Manage security budgets and resources to ensure effective use of resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Victorian Security licence and control room licence
  • Cert II or higher in security operations
  • Prior experience of line management of staff in complex environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of and demonstrated experience in operational security
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and manage risk
  • Willingness to travel between sites and head office
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Be willing to undergo a National Police check
