People and Culture Leadership Role
">Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a People and Culture Business Partner. This is a key role that will play a critical part in enabling our Faculty leaders to achieve their people strategy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders to provide high quality HR advice and assistance on a range of P&C policies, procedures and issues.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering solutions that drive business outcomes and improve the employee experience.
">Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant degree plus extensive experience in human resource management
- Sound knowledge across the spectrum of People and Culture practice
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing effective P&C solutions
- Ability to proactively deliver high quality and solution-oriented P&C services
- Leadership and relationship building skills
