We are seeking enthusiastic cooks to join our team in a casual capacity at Brisbane Airport. As a member of our dynamic kitchen team, you will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operations at our Espresso Bar.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a busy kitchen or food service environment and possess strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS practices with a current food safety certificate.

  • Cooking and serving customer meals to order
  • Daily food preparation, plating & packing orders
  • Cleaning and maintenance of cooking and food preparation areas
  • Setup or shutdown of kitchen
  • Assistance with daily stock take and stock rotation
  • General kitchen duties as required

To succeed in this role, you must be flexible to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends) and have valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.
