Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring high standards of service quality and attention to detail.

About the Role:

  • Deliver comprehensive customer support and services at the reception and front counter, including answering telephones and directing inquiries to appropriate service providers.
  • Offer detailed administrative support to casework teams, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain record management systems in line with agency guidelines and policies, manage office supplies, and ensure office equipment is functional.
  • Manage priorities and deadlines while delivering quality administrative services.
  • Support client families by providing quality clerical support to the caseworker team.

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience both in person and over the phone.
