We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Service team on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Group Service Manager About the Role Handle sales enquires and support, phone and email.
Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, follow-up, and accountability Provide price and stock availability, order processing, follow up on orders, invoices and deliveries.
Familiarity with order entry, inventory systems, and navigating multiple systems at once Provides product usage guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
Efficiently manage and enter warranty and credit claims through the ERP system Collaborates with internal departments and colleagues to provide solutions and support Undertakes training in accordance with development and compliance programs.
About You Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and ERP systems and MS Office applications Flexible, team player, customer-focused and innovative.
Self-motivated, ability to stay focused on required targets and outcomes.
Punctual and reliable Respectful of team members and colleagues.
