Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused leader to head the Employee Relations team.

This pivotal role guides specialists who partner with business areas to navigate complex employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach senior executives on high-level strategic guidance to effectively manage industrial relations.
  • Identify and respond to emerging employee relations issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Design and implement employee relations initiatives, influencing decision-makers.
  • Lead complex industrial matters and union negotiations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Industrial and Employee Relations, ideally within a government setting.
  • Understanding of union engagement and negotiation, with experience managing union-related matters desirable.
  • Familiarity with IRC proceedings and case preparation.
  • A background in ER/IR, navigating sensitive workplace issues.
  • Experience working in environments like Human Services or high-stakes sectors.
