We have an exciting opportunity to drive tennis program growth and member engagement in our premium health and lifestyle club.

As a Casual Tennis Coach, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality tennis programs and events for adults and children. Your role will involve creating engaging and challenging experiences that cater to diverse skill levels and interests.

  • Develop and implement tennis programs and events for adults and children
  • Organize teams, leagues, and ladders, ensuring a competitive and inclusive environment
  • Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, progress, and feedback from members
  • Adhere to club operating procedures, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all members
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with members, staff, and stakeholders

Requirements

You must:

  • Hold a Tennis Australia Club Professional Qualification or equivalent certification
  • Be current with a Working with Children Check
  • Have Australian residency or eligibility to work in Australia
  • Possess at least 2 years of relevant coaching experience
  • Hold current Senior First Aid certification
