Corporate Insolvency Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to take on the challenge of managing insolvency engagements. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and completing client assignments with a focus on conducting financial analysis.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day issues on formal insolvency cases, including trade-on management, receipts and payments, and assist in stakeholder communication both written and verbal.
- Assist in non-formal cases, including independent business reviews and informal turnaround assignments.
- Prepare draft reports, presentations, and other written correspondence.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare estimated outcome positions for formal insolvency matters.
- 4-7 years of professional experience in restructuring/insolvency.
- Tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong financial analytical and quantitative skills.
- Knowledge of fundamental accounting and business/commercial principles.
