  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with current legislation.
  • Employee Deductions: Prepare employee deductions, including salary sacrifice and child support payments.
  • New Employee Onboarding: Establish new employees in the payroll system via Employment Hero.
  • Payroll Queries: Respond and resolve payroll-related queries from external stakeholders.
  • Payroll Reports: Produce and reconcile payroll reports, including PAYGW, Payroll Tax, and Super Guarantee.
  • Administrative Support: Assist employees with payroll administrative matters.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain payroll records, contracts, and ensure the integrity of data for payroll system.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships at all levels across the business to ensure an efficient payroll process.

About the Role: This role will offer you an opportunity to utilise your payroll knowledge and be the go-to person for all payroll queries. With a great company culture and excellent systems in place, you will be able to work efficiently and effectively. To be successful in the role, you would have excellent attention to detail, be deadline focused, and have a strong working knowledge of payroll legislation.
