Our partner employer is a renowned home builder on the South Coast, creating luxurious living spaces and impressive entertainment areas. We are seeking an ambitious Business Trainee to join their team in Nowra.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform administrative tasks accurately, including answering queries and taking messages.
- Execute computer-based tasks, such as preparing written communications and maintaining databases.
- Liaise effectively with managers and staff to assist in the professional operation of the business.
- Accurately enter training documentation into databases.
- Produce marketing materials and provide customer service to team members and management.
- Engage in general office duties.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Enthusiasm and passion for learning, along with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Professional personal presentation, friendliness, and a positive can-do attitude.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Business.
