About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated professional to join our Policy Planning Team within the Strategic Planning Department. This role provides high-level administrative and financial support, coordinates internal stakeholder processes, and contributes to the efficient delivery of development contributions planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating administrative and financial processes related to development contributions.
  • Supporting the maintenance of Council's Contributions Management System.
  • Assisting with public exhibition documents and policy updates.
  • Conducting research and preparing reports, correspondence, and submissions.
  • Providing backup support and training to other administrative staff.
About You
  • A Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience is required.
  • Extensive experience in providing administrative and financial support and services to a large department or equivalent is necessary.
  • A current Class C Driver's Licence is also required.
  • Proof of right to work in Australia is a must.
