
Development Contributions Planner

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated professional to join our Policy Planning Team within the Strategic Planning Department. This role provides high-level administrative and financial support, coordinates internal stakeholder processes, and contributes to the efficient delivery of development contributions planning.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating administrative and financial processes related to development contributions.
- Supporting the maintenance of Council's Contributions Management System.
- Assisting with public exhibition documents and policy updates.
- Conducting research and preparing reports, correspondence, and submissions.
- Providing backup support and training to other administrative staff.
- A Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience is required.
- Extensive experience in providing administrative and financial support and services to a large department or equivalent is necessary.
- A current Class C Driver's Licence is also required.
- Proof of right to work in Australia is a must.
- Four weeks annual leave, three weeks sick leave including two Health and Wellbeing days per annum.
