E-Scooter Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse technicians. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high productivity levels and ensuring inventory accuracy.
With prior mechanical experience, you will lead a team of skilled technicians in service and repair operations. You will also be responsible for developing and executing our Warehouse Management strategy.
You may have the opportunity to spearhead growth initiatives and contribute to the development of new launch plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Service and repair e-scooters with high efficiency and attention to detail.
- Develop and implement effective Warehouse Management strategies to optimize productivity and inventory accuracy.
- Lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Technicians to achieve performance goals.
- Provide comprehensive training and refresher courses to ensure technicians are equipped with the necessary skills.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform basic administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Represent the company as a positive brand ambassador, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
