About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Employment Services team at Enterprise & Training Company Limited. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager in providing supervision and guidance to our Workforce Australia staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations and rules set by the Workforce Australia Services DEED.
  • Empower and motivate your team to meet individual and team job placement key performance indicators, while ensuring compliance with regulations and rules.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of the Workforce Australia Services DEED and ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets, with a strong track record of achievement.
  • Strong community awareness, including family services, community resources, and vocational training in the local area.
  • A current, clear National Police Check and Working With Children Check or Blue Card.
