About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as a Team Leader Employment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in providing supervision and support to our Workforce Australia staff.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the team and overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Empowering and motivating your team to meet individual and team job placement objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and rules set by the Workforce Australia Services DEED
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Thorough knowledge of the Workforce Australia Services DEED
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
  • Strong community awareness, including family services, community resources, and vocational training in your local area
  • A current, clear National Police Check
  • A current Working With Children Check or QLD Blue Card
