About the Role

This is a pivotal opportunity to play a key part in transforming an insurance organisation's claims fulfilment model.

The Large-Scale Transformation
  • The large-scale transformation will deliver significant change across the insurance claims fulfilment model, with a focus on digitising the claims process from lodgement to repair and audit.
  • It will also involve replacing legacy tools with integrated platforms, introducing smarter workflows, and delivering a comprehensive business readiness rollout to the builder network.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading large-scale projects or multiple streams within complex, multi-dimensional programs.
  • 7+ years of project delivery experience across diverse initiatives, including business transformation, application development, and cultural change.
  • Strong track record shaping and delivering complex business and technology solutions.
  • Experience within Financial Services, ideally General Insurance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement capabilities at senior executive level.
  • Demonstrated financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Familiarity with program management tools, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
  • Team leadership experience with proven ability to drive delivery outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop project strategies and manage scope, solutions, and delivery approaches for complex workstreams.
  • Define and manage delivery plans, balancing prioritisation, resources, and dependencies.
  • Integrate release and implementation activities across technology partners and business functions.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, collaborating with Program Leads and stakeholders.
  • Establish strong working relationships with business and technology stakeholders, ensuring integrated outcomes.
  • Contribute to consistent frameworks, methods, and tools to enable effective delivery across the program.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and assurance requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
