Job Summary:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in managing customer portfolios effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include regular meetings with customers and their assigned integrator partners to collect feedback on our system and satisfaction with partner implementations.

You will develop and maintain trusted relationships with key partners and their customers, driving customer retention and renewals through strong partnerships and collaboration with our teams.

To be successful in this role, you should have 3+ years of experience working with global customers and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in implementing and customizing corporate software, CRM/ERP/Core systems, problem-solving, and working with customer objections is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer implementation projects, adoption, and growth

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with global customers
