About the Role

The Engagement Coordinator will play a pivotal role in facilitating effective stakeholder and member engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing proactive administrative support to senior stakeholders, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and document coordination.
  • Supporting the Engagement team with logistics, scheduling, and coordination of meetings, forums, and events.
  • Drafting, formatting, and distributing stakeholder communications and engagement materials.
  • Maintaining and updating stakeholder and Member records in CRM systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Managing inboxes and correspondence on behalf of the team, triaging inquiries, and ensuring timely responses.
  • Preparing briefing packs, presentations, and supporting materials for stakeholder and Member meetings.
  • Maintaining templates, style guides, and records to ensure consistency in team communications.
  • Working closely with other teams across the organization to ensure alignment and coordination of engagement activities.
  • Supporting the development of reports, dashboards, and insights on engagement performance and stakeholder interactions.
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with:

  • Tertiary qualification in business administration, communications, public affairs, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a coordinator, administration, or stakeholder support role.
  • Experience arranging and coordinating events.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple stakeholders or executives.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
