Optical Solutions Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the optics industry and contribute to its growth in the Australian and New Zealand market.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to assist our sales team in providing top-notch product information and solutions to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of practice workflows, patient management, and optical business management.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Supporting the sales team to deliver accurate product information and tailored solutions to customers.
  • Collaborating with key account managers to achieve their performance targets through effective product and sales support.
  • Attending conferences and training workshops as required to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Creating and adapting training materials to enhance business outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as an Optometrist, Orthoptist, or Optical Dispenser with relevant qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of practice workflows, patient management, and optical business management.
  • An excellent ability to communicate complex ideas and translate clinical knowledge to customers.
  • Agility and flexibility to manage multiple tasks and situations effectively.
  • Literacy in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is advantageous, while MS Office suite is essential.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across ANZ.
