Administrative Support Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strong operational support to our technicians and delivering excellent customer service to our clients.

The primary focus of this role is on invoicing and service delivery. You will work closely with the Service Delivery Supervisor and team to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating and uploading data to client portals
  • Raising Client work order requests
  • Raising purchase orders, obtaining PO approval and sending to suppliers in a timely manner
  • Preparing and checking Supplier invoices against purchase orders, obtaining approvals and receipting goods for payment processing
  • Reviewing Sales Orders on Hold to ensure accuracy prior to releasing
  • Preparing Yearly Condition Reports for contract clients

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (desired)
  • Minimum 3 years administration experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of an ERP system
  • Intermediate / Advanced level of Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience in the Fire Industry (desired)
