Job Description

As Senior Business Partner, you will work closely with executives, managers and operational leaders to provide financial insights that truly add value. You will combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement to support decision-making, guide planning processes and help embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic and business planning process, ensuring objectives are aligned with meaningful performance metrics.
  • Partner with operations to understand drivers of cost and value, turning analysis into actionable insights.
  • Develop and embed effective forecasting, budgeting and reporting tools.
  • Create reports that cut through complexity, highlight key issues and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, providing clear forward-looking analysis to support confident decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, reporting and systems.
