**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Manager to join our team at Ozcare. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations and governance for the delivery of clinical and direct client care.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide Clinical expertise
* Lead and manage clinical and direct care employees
* Deliver innovative care and services
* Meet client care needs and required outcomes within the facility
* Foster internal and external relationships
* Implement continuous improvement activities
* Ensure the facility meets accreditation requirements at all times
**Additional Duties**
* Provide exceptional clinical leadership to the direct care team
* Promote a culture of service delivery excellence that aims to improve the wellbeing and lifestyle of our clients
* Oversight and monitoring of the delivery of care and lifestyle support ensuring these services are delivered according to identified individuals needs, monitored and evaluated in accordance with Ozcare's Business Rules and Compliance requirements
* Assist in maintaining occupancy of the facility
* ACFI management, monitoring and associated business processes
* Deliver innovative care and service within budgeted parameters
* Liaise with Facility Manager to forward business plan and input to strategic directions.

**Requirements**
* Tertiary Qualifications in Health Science (Nursing) or Nursing Qualifications
* Formal relevant post graduate qualification in management and/or business is desirable
* Demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership and management role
* Strong understanding of the aged care industry and the clinical management requirements
* Current registration with AHPRA
* Intermediate to advanced computer skills to ensure ability to use Ozcare's management and clinical systems
* First aid and CPR certificate required within one month of commencement
* Be vaccinated against Influenza & at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
