
Key Account Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key customers in the Retail and Food Service channels.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of account management experience, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and make decisions quickly.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing customer strategies to drive sales growth
- Managing and retaining business with existing customers while building brand awareness
- Hunting new business opportunities in line with business strategy and overall goals
- Forecasting, trade spend management, and customer presentations across managed customers
- Building brand presence in the market through social media, in-store activations, consumer sampling, and digital platform executions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Food Service and QSR
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated account management experience
- Ability to make decisions, take action, and drive results
- Demonstrated ability to sell in a competitive category
