The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Care Worker. Located in Daw Park, you will be working at ACH Group Residential Care Home, ViTA, providing high-quality care to residents.

Job Description:

As a Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to support residents in living a good life, characterized by optimum independence and decision-making about their care needs.

Your key tasks will include assisting individuals with daily living activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to resident care plans.

You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the wellbeing of residents and provide exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for supporting choice and independence
  • High level customer service experience
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent, or studying towards a nursing qualification having completed placements
