The role involves collecting samples with care and attention, maintaining accurate records, and preparing specimens for transport and testing. You will also liaise with customers, clinic staff, and couriers to ensure seamless communication and efficient sample processing.

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • Experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a related field, with a Certificate III in Pathology Collection or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with a high level of empathy and professionalism
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • A valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics
  • A Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
