Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Experience Team as a Customer Experience Representative in Sydney, Australia.

  • Provide industry-leading support via Intercom, responding promptly to customer inquiries and helping them achieve their running goals.
  • Support colleagues via escalation channels in Slack, providing technical expertise to solve customer problems.
  • Create high-quality help centre content for customers, including articles on track & field and race day experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and creating engaging content that meets customer needs.

  • A passion for fitness and experience in a customer-facing role with empathy and understanding of how our app works.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a small team.
  • Based in Sydney with the right to work in Australia.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is required, with strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Able to work 2-3 days a week from our co-working space on George Street.
