About the Role:

The Account Manager will play a key role in driving the sales and business development of Pact Group's Supply Chain Solutions business. This will involve managing major key accounts in the Bakery, Protein, Seafood, and Dairy industries, with a focus on establishing long-lasting relationships with decision-makers, forecasting and ensuring supply continuity, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

About You:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager who can inspire enthusiasm for our circular economy vision in our customers. You will have a technical mindset, supply chain experience, and a strong understanding of lead times, forecasting, and sales planning. You will also bring demonstrated success in a similar role, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong people skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage major key accounts in the Bakery, Protein, Seafood, and Dairy industries
  • Establish long-lasting relationships with decision-makers
  • Forecast and ensure supply continuity
  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth
  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams
