Key Responsibilities- Grow and manage a portfolio of accounting users, focusing on increasing revenue and generating new interest through referrals.
- Proactively engage with clients to communicate partner events, provide updates on product improvements, and identify opportunities for further value.
- Develop a key account plan to manage the growth of top accounts while maintaining a balance to support both effectively.
- Provide responsive and efficient management of all inbound inquiries and liaise with support, product, and implementation teams to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
- Actively engage with the OFX compliance, marketing, operations, sales, and development/engineering teams to achieve commercial objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a finance or business-related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in account management or a similar role, preferably with a background in SaaS or transactional banking.
