**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Executive Chef in the planning, preparation, and presentation of menus and dishes.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety in the kitchen and related outlets.
  • Work closely with service teams to ensure quality product and service to guests.
  • Lead by example and maintain excellent presentation standards.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in A la Carte and banqueting service.
  • High level of responsibility within a kitchen brigade, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
