**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in the planning and preparation of menus, including the selection of ingredients and equipment.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure that guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
  • Implement and maintain programs to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and related outlets.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
  • Maintain excellent presentation standards, ensuring that all dishes are visually appealing and of the highest quality.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in A la Carte and banqueting service.
  • High level of responsibility within a kitchen brigade, with experience working in a hotel environment highly regarded.
  • Ability to work in conjunction with service teams to ensure quality product and service to guests.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
