About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and preparation of menus, ensuring that dishes are of the highest quality and presentation standards are met.
- Work closely with the service teams to ensure that guests receive exceptional service and quality products.
- Implement and maintain programs to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and related outlets.
- Lead employees by setting a positive example and maintaining excellent presentation standards.
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
Requirements
- Experience in A la Carte and banqueting service.
- High level of responsibility within a kitchen brigade, with experience working within a hotel environment highly regarded.
- Ability to work in conjunction with service teams to ensure quality product and service to guests.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
