The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex projects, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and be able to influence across domains and technology.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the shaping, build, and implementation of priority epics, including end-to-end integrated planning.
- Engage with stakeholders to design and deliver associated epics for the new core ledger capability.
- Epic level ownership from idea through to delivery.
- Squad backlog management: Prioritization and accountability of development squad backlog.
- Change management, including business impacts across customers and colleagues.
- Proven Product Ownership experience, preferably in core banking.
- Ability to innovate and grasp new skills.
- Strong stakeholder, business, and technology capability.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across domains and technology.
