Position Overview

The Advanced Interventional Bronchoscopy Fellowship is a 12-month training program for junior respiratory physicians or final year advanced trainees interested in interventional bronchoscopic procedures.

This prestigious opportunity has trained over 25 successful interventional bronchoscopists from Australia and abroad.

The program focuses on complex interventions, including rigid bronchoscopy, airway stenting, recanalization, cryobiopsy, navigational bronchoscopy, EBUS, and lung volume reduction/valves.

Trainees will have opportunities to participate in research projects and workshops, enhancing their expertise and skills in the field of interventional bronchoscopy.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate exceptional motivation, hard work, and efficiency. Strong basic bronchoscopy skills are essential for success in this role.
