The Retail Sales Manager will lead our retail strategy for key store accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a retail strategy for key main store accounts.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive growth opportunities.
  • Identify new insights and develop innovative solutions to enhance brand representation and in-store merchandising.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve merchandising and brand representation goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and margins with key accounts.
  • Ability to translate strategic priorities into aligned plans driving strong results.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Ability to present and facilitate training sessions with retail teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously.
