About the Role
The TAFE Services Coordinator is a key position within the Regional Business Group, responsible for coordinating and facilitating on-site services. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to establish relationships with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate on-site services, working collaboratively with Corporate partners to ensure excellence in service experience.
- Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including students, staff, and community members.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work independently, managing competing priorities and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Demonstrated success in building rapport with a wide range of people and monitoring and delivering services that meet customer requirements.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, to align with TAFE operating hours.
