Identity Governance Lead

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in architecting enterprise-grade identity solutions, encompassing user provisioning, access certifications, compliance reporting, and workflow automation.

This role involves leading technical decision-making, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across identity governance initiatives.

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of identity governance and access management (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
  • Design and configure workflows, policies, and rules within SailPoint to meet business requirements.
  • Implement user provisioning, access certifications, compliance reporting, and role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks.
  • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems such as HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), Active Directory, and other cloud applications.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and IT teams to translate identity governance requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies for identity lifecycle management and access control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity governance issues, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
  • Mentor junior consultants and guide them in SailPoint implementation best practices.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance activities following DevOps best practices.
