Your Role And Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of products, systems, and services within assigned segments, prioritizing volume, mix, and profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with our comprehensive offering.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities, ensuring effective marketing strategies and compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate with local technical promotion teams to support segment-specific initiatives and drive demand creation.
  • Lead pursuit efforts for strategic projects, managing engagements and aligning with key decision-makers across the segment.
  • Develop and manage sales plans, offers, and proposals using authorized tools, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale infrastructure pursuits with strategic insight and execution capability.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and across diverse groups.
  • Proven business development capabilities, underpinned by technical expertise in electrification.
  • A degree in business or engineering is preferred, enabling a balanced commercial and technical perspective.
