The Demand Analyst will play a key role in our planning team as we continue to grow across ANZ. Under the guidance of our Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will manage short-term demand within the Sales & Operations Execution time horizon, ensuring effective coordination and optimization of resources.

You will work closely with sales teams to drive best-in-class short-term demand optimisation strategies, collaborating cross-functionally to gather and analyse market intelligence and short-term demand inputs.

We are seeking a skilled professional who can identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline demand management processes, enhancing operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

You will utilise data analytics and forecasting techniques to predict market trends and adjust demand management strategies accordingly, coordinating closely with various teams including supply chain, sales, marketing, and production to align demand plans with organisational objectives and customer requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in complex FMCG demand planning environments or similar roles within fast-paced and dynamic industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.
  • Familiarity with demand forecasting software and other relevant tools is highly desirable.
