Job Summary
We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to commence after Easter, with potential for extension beyond three months.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to all reception calls in a professional manner.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors with excellent communication skills and customer service.
- Manage room bookings efficiently.
- Organise catering for meetings and events with attention to detail.
- Ensure mail, printing, scanning, and filing processes are well managed.
- Maintain office supplies at adequate levels.
- Arrange travel for staff as necessary, exercising sound judgement.
**Requirements:**
- Computer literacy to intermediate level, including MS Office suite and internet applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with strong written communication skills.
- A friendly and enthusiastic approach to work is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and exercising sound judgement.
