  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, and IT support for successful events
  • Maintain accurate client portfolio databases and manage mail efficiently
  • Replenish office supplies and perform administrative tasks
Key Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a corporate receptionist or equivalent role
  2. Excellent communication skills with a polished presentation style
  3. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
  4. Ability to commit to 13 days of work with a flexible schedule
