The Role:
You'll bring your combined scheduling and project delivery expertise to implement best practice PMO disciplines across multiple workstreams. This hands-on approach will play a key role in setting up the Program for successful delivery.
Your Responsibilities:
- Establish streamlined processes to develop, manage, and track integrated program schedules (to task level) and lead program-wide planning activities.
- Use visualization tools to bring schedules to life and anchor workstreams around a common understanding of scope, critical path, milestones, and inter-dependencies.
- Chair weekly stream lead status meetings and establish cadence and processes to actively manage scope, budget, resources, dependencies, and benefits.
- Ensure timely identification, resolution, and escalation of key risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate population of Steerco packs, undertaking 'review and challenge' to ensure meaningful status reporting from stream leads. Prepare Steerco agendas, capture minutes, and manage actions.
- Develop a detailed PMO playbook that adheres to ANZ's delivery framework (ADF), articulating 'ways of working,' including governance processes, roles, and responsibilities aligned to deliverables (RACI), program controls, and resource management.
- Maintain PPM – ANZ's core project portfolio management system for monthly status updates, health indicators, risk, issues, key milestones, benefits, and financials.
- Assist the Program Director in documenting compelling funding submissions and managing yearly funding activities.

About You:
We're looking for someone with:
- Mastery level proficiency in scheduling and visualization reporting tools, such as MS Project, VBA, JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Confluence, and collaboration tools.
- Extensive experience establishing and embedding PMO/project delivery processes, bringing best practices and techniques for building integrated schedules and upskilling SMEs.
- Proficiency in supporting hybrid agile and waterfall delivery, with an adaptable style that can flex between different tools and approaches to meet team needs.
- Proven project delivery experience on multi-stream regulatory programs involving data sourcing and systems integration.
