Supporting Students with Learning Difficulties

Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of students who require additional support?

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Learning Support Assistants. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.

Our Learning Support Assistants work closely with teachers, students, and support staff to ensure each student receives the necessary support to participate actively in school and classroom activities. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the educational journey of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with learning difficulties
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
  • Collaborate with other support staff to develop and implement support plans

Requirements:

  • At least a Certificate III or IV in Education Support (or willing to study towards one)
  • Passion for supporting students with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
