Mortgage Broker/File Driver Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Mortgage Broker/File Driver based in Knoxfield, VIC. The Mortgage Broker/File Driver will be responsible for interviewing clients, recommending lenders, processing mortgage loans and following through to settlement.

Key responsibilities include meeting face-to-face and via telephone with clients, assessing their financial situations, suggesting mortgage products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

  • Minimum Cert IV and preferably diploma qualified in Mortgage Broking
  • Experience with all types of Mortgage lending including the private lending sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of the financial regulations and compliance governing our industry
