**Leadership Opportunity: Front of House Restaurant Manager**

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced front of house restaurant managers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of front-of-house operations, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and upholding our reputation for excellence
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue
  • Leading a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure excellent customer service and seamless operations
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure efficient supply chain management and cost control

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior front-of-house role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of success in leadership, team management, and sales growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with hospitality software programs and ability to adapt quickly to new systems
