**Our client**:
Our client is one of the premier restaurants in the booming Central/Mid-West region of NSW. Located in Mudgee, recently announced as NSW's Top Tourism Town for the second consecutive year, and located on the grounds of an award-winning winery, the restaurant offers a full degustation menu based around seasonal and locally sourced produce, along with matching wines.

A sign of its reputation and popularity are the forward bookings and waitlists months in advance

**What we're looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced Front of House Staff wanting security of work and income - something often missing in hospitality.

You may already be in the Mudgee region and want a change of pace, or you could be planning to move there and are looking for work opportunities.

**What you'll bring to the table**:

- RSA mandatory
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment - doesn't have to be fine dining
- A warm and friendly personality with a ready smile
- Good English language skills
- Pride in your appearance and personal presentation
