Rear Load Collection Specialist

The Rear Lift Driver position at a leading waste management company is a permanent full-time role based in North Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate rear load collection vehicles to deliver loads to designated recycling and disposal facilities.
- Conduct daily pre-start checks on vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are properly maintained.
- Maintain positive interactions with clients and ensure safe loading and unloading of trucks.
- Promote a clean and well-maintained vehicle image.
The ideal candidate will possess a valid HR licence or higher, have a clean driving record, and experience in the waste management industry. They should also be reliable, flexible to work overtime, and committed to safety and teamwork.
