JMO Coordinator

Description:

As a JMO Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality workforce services to the Shoalhaven Hospital Group. This includes Junior Medical Officer recruitment and selection, onboarding, contract management, personnel administration, rostering, leave management, and HR policy advice.

The role involves working with various stakeholders to achieve key objectives and contribute to the hospital's mission of delivering high-quality patient care. You will have opportunities for professional development and career progression within a dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Junior Medical Officers and other stakeholders
  • Recruit, select, and onboard new Junior Medical Officers
  • Manage contracts and personnel administration
  • Develop and implement effective rostering and leave management systems
  • Provide expert HR advice and support

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
