Healthcare Coordinator Position

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide high-quality workforce services, focusing on Junior Medical Officer (JMO) recruitment, selection, onboarding, contract management, personnel administration, rostering, leave management, and HR-related advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to JMOs and other staff members
  • Manage JMO recruitment and selection processes
  • Coordinate onboarding and contract management
  • Administer personnel records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement effective rostering and leave management systems
  • Offer expert advice on HR-related matters
