We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Food Service Team Associates. As part of our dedicated service team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and food safety.



About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Delivering exceptional customer service and providing solutions to meet their needs;
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction;
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products and promotions;
  • Assisting with stock management, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock;
  • Contributing to maintaining a clean and safe store environment;
  • Participating in visual merchandising and display activities to drive sales and engagement;
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences;
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience;
  • Complying with company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, health and hygiene, and workplace safety;
