Real Estate Credit Growth Professional

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will drive the growth and expansion of our real estate credit platform by identifying, structuring, and executing high-value transactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Origination: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify new lending opportunities.
  • Transaction Execution: Present term sheets and Investment Committee submissions to secure deals.
  • Due Diligence and Asset Management: Oversee deal execution and collaborate with asset management teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Product Development and Strategy: Contribute to the development of our product offerings and growth strategy.
  • Mentorship and Team Leadership: Mentor junior originators and analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.
