The role of a Customer Service Associate is to provide exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail and motorcycle industry setting.

This position involves working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver results-driven sales performances and maintain showroom standards. Key responsibilities include maintaining shop presentation, ensuring shelving is stocked, cleaning the showroom, and providing superior product information to customers.

A successful Customer Service Associate will be a motivated individual with existing retail work experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively.

  • Maintaining shop presentation and ensuring shelves are fully stocked
  • Cleaning and maintaining showroom standards
  • Providing accurate product information to customers
  • Contribution to sales and key performance indicators (KPIs) of the store

Requirements:

  • A committed and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about motorcycles
  • Existing retail work experience and effective time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Additional requirements:

  • Availability across a 7-day roster
  • Ability to lift, bend, and climb
